Request
for adjournment in this application was made at 11:00 a.m. Learned
Advocate Mr. Das was not available. Therefore, the request was not
accepted. Now, when the application is taken up for hearing, Mr. Paul
has submitted that an application containing similar request is being
considered by the Division Bench along with OJ Appeal, which will
come up for further hearing on 12th July 2011. On such
ground, he has requested that present application may be adjourned to
any date after 12th July 2011. Learned Advocate Mr. Das is
not present to oppose the request. Hence, S.O. to 15th
July 2011.
