Petitioner selected as Anganbari Sewika

basing her manipulated certificate regarding age

entitling for selection. Innocence is submitted

on the ground of her coming from lower strata of

the society is no ground for any relief for the

crime committed in the case.

Hence, prayer for anticipatory bail on

behalf of petitioner is rejected.

However, petitioner is at liberty to

surrender and pray for regular bail.
