                          J U D G M E N T

Petitioner approached this court aggrieved by the

disciplinary action initiated against him. Petitioner has filed

Ext.P13 review petition in that regard before the Government. In

case no orders have been passed on the review petition,

petitioner may produce a copy of this judgment and the writ

petition before the Government, in which case the matter will be

duly considered by the Government and appropriate orders in

accordance with law with notice to the petitioner will be passed

within three months from the date of such production.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
