ORAL ORDER
The present petition is filed against the notice
dated 29.11.2001/6.12.2001 issued by the Mamlatdar, Alien
Recovery, Ahmedabad. The case of the petitioner is that
a reply is already filed to the notice but the authority
concerned i.e. Mamlatdar, Alien Recovery, Ahmedabad, is
not passing any order after taking into consideration the
reply of the petitioner.
2It is hoped that the Mamlatdar, Alien Recovery,
Ahmedabad, will pass an order at the earliest but after
taking into consideration the reply of the petitioner,
before taking any action pursuant to the notice. It will
be open for the petitioner to challenge the order if the
same is adverse to the petitioner in accordance with law.
The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid
observations and directions. Direct Service is
permitted.
