Heard Mr RM Chhaya for the petitioners and Ms
Manisha Lavkumar learned AGP for the respondents.

The learned counsel for the parties agree that
since the grievance in the petition was about admissions
to the B. Ed. Sociology Course for the year 2001-2002,
the present petition has become infructuous by now.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as
infructuous.
