COMMON ORAL ORDER

Earlier this Court has passed an order on
2-6-2003 in the above group of Special Civil
Applications. Mr.R.C.Jani, the learned advocate for the
petitioner has stated that the condition imposed in these
matters is not fulfilled by the petitioner. The issuance
of notice was also conditional. However, conditions were
not fulfilled and hence no notice was issued by this
Court. Accordingly, all these petitions are dismissed
for non-compliance of conditions.
