Learned advocate Shri Pinakin Raval appearing for
the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition
so as to enable the petitioner to file a petition
challenging the validity of the Town Planning Scheme.

In the circumstances, without examining the
merits of the matter, we permit the petitioner to
withdraw the petition with a liberty to file a fresh
petition. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
