ORDER

It has been the
consistent practice of this Court, not to enter into the merits of
those appeal wherein the claim is small and claims up to
Rs.1,00,000/- have been quantified by this Court as petty claims.
Since the amount involved in these appeals are less than
Rs.1,00,000/-, the same are dismissed without entering into the
merits of the matter. It is made clear that this order will not be
treated as a precedent.

Since the main matters
are disposed of, the respective civil applications for stay shall not
survive and they stand dispose of, accordingly. Interim relief, if
any, stands vacated in respective application.
