Rule.
Mr.K.J.Panchal, learned Additional Special Public Prosecutor waives
service of notice of Rule on behalf of State-respondent No.1,
Mr.Rajesh Savjani learned advocate waives service of notice of Rule
on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3. Having considered the facts and
circumstances of the case, the present application is taken up for
hearing today.
Heard
the learned counsel for their respective parties.
Considering
the submissions made by learned counsel, the prayer as set out in
Para:-5(A) is granted and the applicant is permitted to be joined as
applicant no.2 in the main matter.
With
the above observation, present application is allowed. Rule is made
absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct Service is permitted.
