                      J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved by the delay in disposal of

Ext.P1 appeal which is pending before the first respondent.

This writ petition has been filed seeking for appropriate

directions. There will be a direction to the first

respondent to take a decision on Ext.P1 appeal after

hearing the petitioner and the third respondent within a

period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of

this Judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
