                                       JUDGMENT

In this writ petition what is sought for by the petitioner is an

expeditious disposal of Ext.P2, an appeal filed by it under the Kerala

Land Utilisation Order, which is stated to be pending before the 1st

respondent.

2. If, as stated by the petitioner, Ext.P2 has been received

and the same is pending before the 1st respondent, the 1st

respondent shall pass final orders thereon as expeditiously as

possible, at any rate, within six weeks of production of a copy of

this judgment.

Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment before the 1st

respondent for compliance. Writ petition is disposed of as above.
