                             J U D G M E N T

Petitioners faced recovery proceedings on account of default

in repayment of two loan transactions of Rs.5 lakhs and 4 lakhs availed

from the respondent. Petitioners stand concluded by Exhibit P3 and P4

judgments. Those judgments have become final. This writ petition fails and

the same is accordingly dismissed.
