                       J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking for

a direction commanding the 1st respondent to issue

orders of appointment as Higher Secondary School

Teacher, Sociology (Senior) pursuant to Exhibit-P1.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

petitioner that subsequently the advice made as per

Exhibit-P1 has been cancelled on the ground of want of

vacancy. Therefore, the writ petition is closed without

prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to challenge the

cancellation in appropriate proceedings.
