                          J U D G M E N T

In the matter of appointment under the sports

quota, in view of the intervening developments, in case the

petitioner has still any grievance left, she may approach the first

respondent, in which case, the matter will be duly considered by

the said authority with notice to the petitioner and appropriate

action in accordance with law will be taken within another four

months.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
