                              JUDGMENT

Kurian Joseph,J.

The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:-

i) issue a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding

respondents 1 and 2 to grant police protection to the

petitioner for protecting life and property of the petitioner

as requested in Ext.P5.

Learned counsel appearing for respondents 3 and 4 submits that

they will not cause any obstruction either for the construction of

the compound wall or for that matter for enjoyment of the

property by the petitioner. Unless the petitioner is lawfully

interdicted by the civil court or a competent forum, she cannot be

prevented from enjoying her property absolutely. In the event of

any obstruction regarding such enjoyment, the Police will render

necessary assistance.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
