                                 JUDGMENT

In the light of the decisions in W.P(C) Nos.728/2006 and

728/2006, it is pointed out that the petitioner is entitled to relief

as prayed for. Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed quashing

Exhibit P1 and declaring that the petitioner is entitled for

admission to B.Ed course.
