It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the question

involved in this Writ Petition is covered in favour of the petitioner by the

judgment dated 12th August, 2008 in W.P.(C) No. 27577 of 2007 and

connected cases. Accordingly, The Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of

the aforesaid judgment. The judgment dated 12.8.2008 in W.P.(C) No.27577 of

2007 and connected cases shall be appended to this judgment and it shall be

treated as part of this judgment.
