                               JUDGMENT

Koshy, Ag.C.J.

This is a petition alleging police harassment. Learned

Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that son of the first

petitioner is an accused in a murder case. He is absconding and only

his whereabouts were enquired into. It is also submitted that police

will not harass the petitioners, but, investigation will be conducted

according to law. Recording the above submission, this writ petition

is disposed of.
