Sri   Arvind   Kumar   Shukla   has   put   in   appearance   on   behalf   of 
respondents and filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 2.

Learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner   prays   for   and   is   allowed   three 
weeks time to file rejoinder affidavit. 

The matter may be listed immediately after expiry of the aforesaid 
period. 

Until   further   orders   of   this   court,   parties   to   the   writ   petition   are 
directed to maintain status­quo with respect to nature and possession 
over the  suit property.  They are further restrained from alienating, 
transferring or changing the suit property in any manner.
