Sri.S.Ramesh Babu, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioners seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the contempt case.

Permission sought for is granted and the contempt case is disposed of as

withdrawn. Liberty is reserved to the petitioners to approach this Court, if need

arises in future.
