Sri C.S. Singh, learned counsel appearing for the UP Avas Evam
Vikas Parishad states that a decision to request the High Court for
appointment of Presiding Officer has been taken and a formal
letter regarding the same would be issued within next three days.

Put up on 29.7.2010 as a fresh case, by which time Sri C.S. Singh
shall produce a copy of the letter of Housing Commissioner, Avas
Evam Vikas Parishad regarding the same.
