13 13.4.2011 Counsel appearing on behalf of the Principal of the

college submits that the Ad hoc Managing Committee has taken a

decision for creation of supernumerary post of Clerk to

accommodate the writ petitioner. The order in the letters patent

appeal also indicates that the petitioner would be entitled to his

salary from 10.8.2010. Now that the resolution has been sent to the

University on 11.4.2011, it is expected that the University will

immediately act upon it and take a decision and submit the

recommendations to the State Government. The University and the

State pray for some time in this regard.
