Court along with relevant records pertaining to the
proceedings taken against Shyam Behari Tiwari along with
his affidavit stating as to what action has been taken in the
matter in compliance to the order of the Court dated
27.01.2010 and if no action has been taken prior to his
retirement, who is responsible for the same.
