Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel.
By the present petition, the petitioner, has approached this Court seeking
disposal of his application Under Rule 109-A regarding entry of his name in
the revenue record, submitted on 21.11.2009 which is said to be pending
before the Additional District Magistrate, Sikandarabad, Bulandshahr.
According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner was allotted
Patta in the year 1989 by the concerned Gaon Sabha and since then he is
cultivating the alleged land. However, his name has not been brought in the
revenue record in spite of order dated 11.11.1992 passed by Consolidation
Officer in Case No.870.
In view of the above, the writ petition is finally disposed of with the
observations that the petitioner may pursue his application said to be pending
before the Additional District Magistrate, Sikandarabad, Bulandshahr, who
shall consider and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking
order in accordance with law expeditiously.
