I.A. No.6823 of 2010 has been filed for vacating

the order of interim stay granted by order dated 11.5.2010 by

another Bench of this Court staying the further proceeding in

Execution Case No.2 of 2005.

In the above view of the matter, I deem it proper

that this matter should be placed before the appropriate

Bench after obtaining the necessary orders of the Hon’ble the

Chief Justice.
