‘In_t~his writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a writ in

dature of certiorari to quash the order dated 23.10.2002 as per

and also the sale deed in favour of respondent no.4 and for a
direction to the respondents to restore the house property7lb_e’aring

possession was delivered. The petitioner after taking possession of
