Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A.
Since it is a case of injury caused by sharp edged weapon, I am not inclined to
interfere and quash the proceedings of complaint case no. 1790/2008, under
Sections 323, 324, 452, 504 I.P.C., P.S. Mangalpur, District Kanpur Dehat
pending before J.M.-II, Kanpur Dehat.

This application is dismissed with a direction that the bail prayer of the
applicants in the aforesaid crime be considered expeditiously, if possible on
the same day.
