provisional bail by the court below which was

effective only up to 02.09.2011. As such this

Court cannot pass any order on that part of

the appeal.

However, the appeal shall be listed

under the heading for orders in ten days time

and in the meantime, the appellants shall

obtain the order extending the period of

provisional bail.
