why contempt proceeding be not initiated against him for non-
compliance of the order dated 9.12.2010 passed in
C.W.J.C.No.19907 of 2010, for which requisites etc. must be filed
by ordinary process as well as by registered cover with A/D within
a period of ten days, failing which this application shall stand
rejected against him without further reference to a Bench.
List this case either after service of notice on
Opp.Party no. 2 or after his appearance, whichever is earlier.
In the meanwhile, Sri Mrityunjay Kumar, learned
counsel appearing on behalf of Opp.Party no.1 only may get
instruction.
