                                J U D G M E N T

Petitioner states that they are running a Self Financing College in the

field of Social Sciences. According to the petitioner, they applied for

affiliation for three graduate courses and one post graduate course. It is

stated that the initial application was made by the petitioner in 2006-07.

Subsequently also, they applied, and the latest are Exts.P3 and P4.

Petitioner submits that the University has not so far taken any final

decision, and at any rate, the University has not communicated any order

of rejection of the application. This being the complaint of the petitioner, I

direct the 1st respondent to consider the applications made by the

petitioner for affiliation to the three graduate courses and one post

graduate course as sought for by the petitioner. This shall be done, as

expeditiously as possible, at any rate within 8 weeks of production of a

copy of this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
