                               JUDGMENT

Sri.Tony George Kannanthanam, the learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner submits that the All India Council for

Technical Education (AICTE) has granted permission to the

petitioner to establish an Engineering College. He submits that in

such circumstances the writ petition may be dismissed as

withdrawn. In the light of the above submission, this Writ

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
