10. 13.12.2010. The learned G.A.1 appearing on behalf of

the appellant-State of Bihar seeks permission to

withdraw this First Appeal in view of the

Notification No.15/DLA Policy-Lok Adalat-03/03-

1495/Rev., Patna dated 20.08.2010 issued by the

State Government as the valuation of the Appeal is

only Rs.34,725.07/- and arises out of land

acquisition matter.

Accordingly, the prayer of the learned

counsel for the appellant is allowed and this First

Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
