As the issue raised in the main appeal is covered against the
appellants in view of the judgment of this Court in R.F.A. No. 2501 of
2001– Ved Pal and others v. State of Haryana and others, decided on
3.5.2006, whereby compensation payable to the land owners has been
further enhanced by this Court, no orders are required in the application for
condonation of delay in filing the appeal.

Accordingly, the application as well as the appeal are
dismissed.
