Even though some of the grounds raised in

this memorandum of appeal are attractive, we are

not inclined to entertain this appeal as we find

that the total stakes involved in this appeal is

Rs.11,539/-. In view of the smallness of the

stakes involved in this appeal, we are not inclined

to entertain this appeal. The appeal is dismissed

in limine. It is made clear that this judgment will

not be quoted as a precedent for other cases.
