These are applications for condonation of delay in filing the

appeals in respect of the acquisition for widening of M.G.Road at

Pazhavangadi to overbridge at Trivandrum. The land value fixed

by the reference court is at the rate of Rs.17,31,306/- per Are.

2. It is brought to our notice that there is no appeal against

the relied on judgment in L.A.R. No. 226/1998. Therefore, the

applications for condonation of delay are dismissed. Accordingly,

the appeals are also dismissed.
