This is an appeal filed against the judgment and

decree in LAR 13/99 on the file of the Sub Court, Nedumangad. It

is submitted that L.A.A.No.176/03 filed against the judgment and

decree in LAR 14/99, one of the cases covered by the common

judgment has been dismissed by this Court, by judgment dated

26.10.2004. Therefore, this appeal is dismissed.
