In spite of granting sufficient time, the petitioner has not

taken any steps to serve notice of the delay petition to the respondent.

That only shows that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the

matter. In view of the above, petition to condone the delay in filing the

tax revision case and the tax revision case are dismissed for

non-prosecution.

Ordered accordingly.
