JUDGMENT
Kurian Joseph, J.
This appeal is filed against the judgment and decree in LAR 196/1994 on
the file of the Sub Court, Thiruvananthapuram in respect of a property acquired
for the Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram. The Reference Court has placed
reliance on fixation of land value in LAR 293/1994. That has become final in
view of the judgment in LAA 751/2000. Therefore this appeal is dismissed.
