                                             J U D G M E N T

This appeal is filed against the judgment and decree in L.A.R.No.

172 of 2002 on the file of the Addl. Sub Court, Kottayam. In view of

dismissal of L.A.A.No. 759 of 2003 filed against the relied on judgment in

L.A.R.No. 126 of 1999 on the file of the Addl. Sub Court, Kottayam, this

appeal is dismissed.
