                             O R D E R

This review petition is filed by the State against the

judgment dated 14.08.2009 in W.P.(C) No.25473/2008. I do

not find any ground for review. If the State is of opinion

that the judgment is wrong it is for the State to take up the

matter in appeal. Therefore the review petition is

dismissed.
