This petition was connected with Writ Petition No.32814 of 1999 and
both the petitions were filed challenging the orders dated 9.10.1998
and 4.12.1998 passed in two appeals filed by both the parties. The
aforesaid writ petition no.32814 of 1999 has been dismissed vide order
dated 25.10.2004.

Accordingly, for the same reasons and with the same directions, this
petition is also dismissed.
