The instant writ petition has been filed on behalf of the State in the year
2002. Thereafter, an appearance has been taken on behalf of the
respondents and filed the counter affidavit and served the same to
learned counsel for the petitioner sometimes in the year 2006 but inspite
of several opportunity given to learned counsel for the petitioner, no
rejoinder affidavit has been filed till date.

However, in the ends of justice, four weeks and no more time is allowed
to learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.

List immediately thereafter.
