13.05.2011, it appears that this First Appeal has already

abated in view of order dated 27.04.2011. Thereafter,

cross-objection has been filed on behalf of the proposed

heirs on 03.05.2011. Since the appeal is not before this

Court, the office shall register the cross-objection as

separate First Appeal and proceed according to law.
