The
present application for leave to prefer appeal is directed against
the judgment and order dated 26th June 2009 passed by the
learned Special Judge and Additional Sessions Judge, Junagadh, in
Special Case No.07 of 1998, whereby the accused have been acquitted
for the offences punishable under Sections 7, 12, 13(1)(d) and 13(2)
of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

Considering
the facts and circumstances, it appears to us that it is a good case
to be considered in appeal. Hence, leave deserves to be granted and,
therefore, granted. The present Application disposed of accordingly.
