Having
heard Mr. R.C. Kodekar, Ld. APP for the applicant – State of
Gujarat and on perusal of the impugned judgment and order dated
14/10/2009 rendered in Special NDPS Case No. 1/2006 by the Ld. Addl.
Sessions Judge & Special Judge, Fast Track Court No. 4, Vadodara,
acquitting respondent accused of the offence under section 15 of the
Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, according to us, this
is a fit case to grant leave to file appeal. Hence, Leave to file
Appeal is granted.

This
application is accordingly allowed.
