This
is an appeal against interim relief granted by the learned Single
Judge in Special Civil Application No.6370 of 2010 staying the
operation of the order impugned in the petition dated 7.5.2010
refusing to extend the time-limit by three months for taking charge
on the new appointment given to the respondent on the ground that
three months notice is essential for resigning from the post where
the petitioner, respondent herein, was working.
2. The
petition is already ordered to be expedited. No justification is
found for interference of the order, which is of interim nature, more
so when the hearing of the petition is ordered to be expedited. The
appeal stands dismissed. Since the appeal is dismissed, the civil
application stands disposed of.
