Patna dated 20.08.2010, the learned A.C. to

A.A.G.7, Smt. Prabha Singh, appearing on behalf of

the State of Bihar-appellant, seeks permission to

withdraw this First Appeal because the valuation of

the Appeal is only Rs.83,256.11/-. Permission is

accorded.

Accordingly, this Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn.
