17. 02.08.2011 From perusal of the office note dated

13.05.2011, it appears that this First Appeal has already

been disposed of on 21.04.2010. Thereafter, cross-

objection has been filed on 02.05.2011. Since the appeal

has already been disposed of, there is no question of filing

cross-objection. However, the office shall register the

cross-objection as separate First Appeal and proceed

according to law. It is submitted that a Review application

has already been filed against the order dated 21.04.2010

being Civil Review No.223 of 2011.
