All
these applications are for condonation of delay of 92 days in
preferring First Appeals against the judgment and order of the
learned District Court in the concerned References.

Heard
Mr.Umesh Trivedi, learned Additional Government Pleader for the
applicant and Mr.A.V.Prajapati, learned counsel, who has appeared on
behalf of all the respondents and has stated that the Vakalatnama
shall be filed within one week.

Considering
the facts and circumstances and the grounds mentioned in the
application for condonation of delay, sufficient cause is made out.
Hence, delay deserves to be condoned. The same is therefore condoned.
The applications are allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule is made
absolute accordingly. No order as to costs.
