This
Application has been preferred by the appellant-State Bank of
Saurashtra to amend the cause title of the Appeal to substitute the
State Bank of Saurashtra by the State Bank of India. By Notification
dated 13th August, 2008 issued by the Government of India,
the undertaking of the appellant-Bank has been transferred to and
vested in the State Bank of India.

On
the facts and in the circumstances of the case, the Application is
allowed in terms of paragraph 10 [A]. The amendment be carried out
forthwith. Civil Application stands disposed of.
